There is an issue where iPads are not scanning barcodes. If you are having this issue please send us the diagnostic information and the attachment that comes with it.  When you send us this information, please include that you cannot scan.  We appreciate your patience in this matter.

Users are having issues with the barcode scanner with the iPad2.  This is due to the fact that the camera does not have auto focus.  If you are having issues with scanning barcodes please try scanning in better light, or moving the camera until you can get a scan.  Also note that smaller barcodes cannot be read because of the limitations of the camera.  Thank you.

Please tap the Group button at the bottom of the Shopping Lists page and Leave Group in both iPhones then Join Group again. This will get all your data in sync. We normally recommend users never Leave Group because this tells the app you don't want to sync your data, and it is overwritten if and when you Join Group again.

In order to use your computer to work with your Grocery Gadget data, sign-up for a free group account right from the app.  You can then use your computer web browser to go to our portal www.grocerygadgets.com and sign-in to your group account. Any changes made at the portal are instantly synced to your iPhone app, and viceversa.

Create a free group account right from the Lite app if you have not already done so. This will upload your information to the web portal. Then, sign-in to the same group using the full app. This will download your information to it. Incidentally, you can also use a computer web browser to sign-in at the web portal www.grocerygadgets.com to work with your data and the information will be synced to your iPhone and vice-versa.

Grocery Gadget Pro has all of the features and no ads. 

Grocery Gadget Basic has no ads, but is limited in what it can do.

Grocery Gadget Free has all of the features, but contains ads.
